Mainstay Filing is our pick in Nevada at $149 a year. To check any agent here: look it up in the Nevada Secretary of State listing of commercial registered agents, confirm a Nevada street address, then apply the five criteria.
The Nevada rule
Every LLC must name a registered agent with an in-state street address. A commercial registered agent, a noncommercial agent (an individual or entity with a physical Nevada address), or the title of an office in the company itself. Anyone acting as agent for 10 or more companies has to register as a commercial agent. The address has to be a street address in Nevada. A P.O. box alone is not enough. Changing agents costs $60.
